AFAIK all of those responsibilities can be covered by "pharmacy assistant". Google "Pharmacy award 2010" for hourly rates. You need to negotiate with your employer if you think your job goes beyond what you were hired to do.

find out if you're on an industry award and if so what one
worth talking to those wageline guys who assess whether you are being paid correctly
