(So, was that what you were doing when you were on last night? I'm on the pager shift this weekend, so I periodically checked our work queue for issues; I kept seeing someone with a comment "Green Hair Gone" online...)

Yes, my sister stripped out the green then we dyed it blonde. Did not come out like I wanted it to but came out like I feared it would. I have two distinctly different shades of blonde on my head. In all likelyhood, sissy is going to have to bleach everything. *sigh*
