You're going to make me want to re-read Honor's books at this rate, not just read the few side series that I haven't yet.

Heh! XD We're not sure yet how much we're going to link our plot into the canon stuff - it might just be going on in the background while our characters do their own thing, though of course there will be some references to it. :P

Well when you decide when it takes place a brief history/political situation summary would be handy. :) I read the series years ago so the details of who was stabbing whose back when are fuzzy at best.

You know, with the way you're building up Duo's case against pirates, you're making me expect that either Fei-luvvie or Hee-chan to meet up under the disguise of a pirate. OR a rebel pirate... ARE here such things as rebel pirates?

I don't know if there are such things as rebel pirates, but I kinda doubt it. It's even pretty hard to be a 'nice' pirate in this setting, given the extremely destructive nature of space battles etc.

I haven't read the series, but that's because one library didn't have the first books, so I would have been jumping in in the middle of the series. NOT a good move. And the other one doesn't have jack squat in bookage.
