So, I had some problem with laptop overheating in April. Fortunately, that passed after having used egg carton sheets (or whatever the thing is called) for a while. About 1½-2 months ago, the fan started making worrying sounds though, so I got hold of the manufacturers head offices phone number in Stockholm (which wasn't the easiest thing as it ( Read more... )

Ah yes, Malheur National Wildlife Refuge. Words cannot express how much I adore my Comprehensive Atlas of the World, 11th edition from The Times. :-)

Service minded customer services for computers? The hell! Do they even exist? I sympathize, I know exactly what you're going through.

Laptops do get very warm. I got a heat blister from ours last summer when I was wearing shorts while typing. Honestly.
