Not so long ago, I did not believe (almost ridiculed) that the art of living could be taught.

Last week, both me & biwi (wife) joined their basic course & I have to say that it has had a significant impact on both our lives.

Hey,

Even my parents have been asking me to do the basic course, they are huge fans of the whole concept. But waking up at 5.30 am daily, and committing 3 hours per day for a whole week, is a huge bottleneck I have to cross :p

Anyways Mekin, its been a while! How are you doing? Your company seems to be coming up really fast! hope to see you at IIT Bombay for recruitments ;)

Regards,

Abhiroop

Hey Abhiroop ...

Long time ....
Abhi padhai kar rahe ho ... you can take the time out. Seriously - its worth it. Simple breathing exercises that achieve a lot.

I am doing fine ... the company isnt big enough to go for placements, but your resume will definitely be welcome :)

Do you blog ?

This is Jyothi --
I was there once, just before my graduation.
It helped me so much all through my hostel-years.
Ah! now i've become a spoilt person, never do any of the lessons.
After reading your post - feels like I should get back to it too.

I wish I was in India and could attend another course - missing India so much :(

I think there are more art of living courses happening in US than in India ...
It might be more expensive ... but they are there ....

Great that this technique is working for you!

Often people feel a connection with an art(music, living, meditation, whatever) but fall short of fulfilling their potential as artists.
The reason that happens is mostly because that connection gets lost in everyday noise. Defend against that, if you can :-)
