Even my parents have been asking me to do the basic course, they are huge fans of the whole concept. But waking up at 5.30 am daily, and committing 3 hours per day for a whole week, is a huge bottleneck I have to cross :p
Anyways Mekin, its been a while! How are you doing? Your company seems to be coming up really fast! hope to see you at IIT Bombay for recruitments ;)

Abhi padhai kar rahe ho ... you can take the time out. Seriously - its worth it. Simple breathing exercises that achieve a lot.
I am doing fine ... the company isnt big enough to go for placements, but your resume will definitely be welcome :)

I was there once, just before my graduation.
It helped me so much all through my hostel-years.
Ah! now i've become a spoilt person, never do any of the lessons.
After reading your post - feels like I should get back to it too.
I wish I was in India and could attend another course - missing India so much :(

It might be more expensive ... but they are there ....

Often people feel a connection with an art(music,living,meditation, whatever) but fall short of fulfilling their potential as artists.
The reason that happens is mostly because that connection gets lost in everyday noise. Defend against that, if you can :-)
