More merchants & retailers going online:
FutureBazaar joined the ranks of Fabmall (now called indiaplaza)- retail chains that also offer an online shopping experience.

I have always maintained that for success in Indian markets the online offering needs to be supported with a good offline presence.
Shaadi & naukri are good examples of the above

Well.. for some cases it is true... But theres this new online shopping portal called www.storrz.com which allows users to shop for groceries online... Its the first of its kind in India... I have always wanted for some online grocery shopping but never came across anysite until i found this!!!!
Pretty user friendly interface too....
