If what you want is a vacation or other part-time residence, then you might consider a timeshare. They're more affordable, and the good ones have a huge range of choices where you can stay, so you're not stuck with one location. If you sell the condo, you could put part of its sale price into acquiring a timeshare that would better suit your needs. Plus that would be good self-care because you'd benefit from a relaxing vacation once you've got the immediate tasks cleaned up.
I'm sorry to hear about your parents. *hugs* My Mom passed away last September, and I'm still dealing with the estate. Hope you're doing well in Florida, all other "stuff" considered.
I'm so sorry to hear of the news of losing your parents. I found after each of my parents separately passed away, that taking care of their estate was like getting to know each of them in ways I never expected. For me it definitely brought me closer to them. May this also happen for you, my friend!

I'm sorry to hear that. My mother died in December, but my partner is handling all the official stuff. He's good at that, but it's still exhausting.
If you want to follow along with my memorial work, the gather page is here.
