 Last Sunday I went out with Dan's family on a guided forage - an inspired present from Dan's mum. It was great. We found Rock samphire (carroty herb) Sea Beet (Spinache-like leaf - great in salad) Alexanders - celery like stems, sea lettuce (green edible seaweed) and several kinds of mushroom

Rosa's been talking for ages about doing a mushroom foray. Just a general wild food foray sounds excellent (you must give me contact details when Rosa's not about so I can get it for her as a present).
