Well, I get the feeling that this has been going 'round on LJ for quite a while!

It was interesting, there are some books on there I was beginning to think no one else but me had ever heard of!

It is surprising how many of those books I am not 100% sure that I have read from start to finish. Like - The Grapes of Wrath. I have such keen IMAGES in my head from the movie. Even though (now that I think about it) - I know I read this book in High School, but my "memories" are of the movie.

Exactly the opposite with Gone With the Wind. All of my IMAGES are from the book. I never got over the fact that in the movie Scarlett had no children before Bonnie Blue. That was just wrong.
