Good lord that Torres haircut might rival the Patrick Kane mullet in the Poor Hair Choices by Professional Athletes Hall of Fame.
(Is that RVP in that shirt exchange gif on the right? Because um ... yeah).

It very possibly is! I admit I am a terrible football fan who does not care about Arsenal/the Oranje because I hold a grudge from the World Cup and mostly because time zones are terrible at keeping me up to date on football when it's not an international tournament. Hockey looks like it's going to be my main sport simply through the convenience of its schedule.

I'm an Arsenal fan, which is why I asked about RVP. I did like the Oranje for a while, but that World Cup final put an end to most of it. Just, awful. I'm all for Spain retaining their Euro title this year.
I hardly ever see live football because of time-zones too. Hockey is slightly more convenient, although it did mean I was losing it quietly at my desk at work when the Kings won. ;)

And Torres. Who makes me the bitterest. Damn Chelsea.
NHL Awards this Wednesday; draft this weekend; but more importantly PRESEASON SCHEDULES ARE BEING RELEASED. :D :D :D

Oh my the jersey exchange :O. Why are they exchanging jerseys?! Who are they for that matter?
I WANT TO HEAR YOUR SRS FEELINGS :O??! You should tell me them when we go see Brave - although all I know about football is...exactly what you is posted here :3 hot men and cheerful coaches, so I am either the perfect blank slate upon which to vent or yaknow...completely useless as a blank slate lol.
Also, I never saw the HuffPost one of Madison! AAAAAAH SO CUUUUTE! Esp the end when she tries to go over to her dad who is being interviewed and her mom is trying to catch up to her and keep her and she is like literally stretching out to go the other way ♥

Oh my srs feelings are mostly rhapsodizing about how great the Germany side is, why Spain might struggle despite being the heavy favorites of the tournament, and the sociopolitical effects of major international tournaments such as these. But, you know, that requires coherency.
Excited for the awards! And Brave! And things! :D

but M. & I were reading in her tent the night of the Sweden vs Ireland game
and then there came these most dreadful howls
and we were very confused though I theorised a game must be on, though whether it was the cricket or football was up in the air
then M. rang her dad and it turned out Ireland was losing. which explained the howling.
SO THAT WAS THE CLOSEST I GOT TO WATCHING A EURO MATCH

Re Ireland, yeah, I think they maybe...lost all their group games... But they had SUCH GREAT ENTHUSIASTIC FANS. It was awesome. And they were awesome. Hopefully Ireland does well enough to qualify again in the future!
