I just got the first round of edits for my novel

This is the moment when the realisation dawns (for me, anyway) that while I can tell a story, I can't write in English for crackers. *sigh*

I'll be quietly over here, digging my way through all the grammar corrections. (not that bad, really, you know how we writerly types like to overdramatise!)

I went and caught a movie with my girls. The Spiderwick Chronicles. It was good, but those kids wear me out, lol. They forget their mum is not a teenager like them!
