Yesterday was our four year anniversary. I had planned to go around chanting "Four More Years" as a humourous West Wing reference but given recent events this would've sounded pessimistic

Hmm, depending on flights and the like, I may be able to persuade trixibell that we could pop in when I pick her up from the airport, but as it'll be c. 0:00 that may well be too late?

Not necessarily. You could await her arrival with friends and board games adjacent to the airport also.

So you plan to have a proper church wedding? This is so exciting! Besides never being to an Irish wedding I've never been to a Catholic wedding before. :)

I have to admit the liturgy was the bit of the planning I was the least excited about. I only wanted it to be short, preferably with no hymns as my relatives are not of the singing sort and half of our friends do not belong to the church. Ismo did give a beautiful speech though.

A pity I don't qualify for a bridesmaid... but then as we noticed they always have to wear ugly dresses. ;)

Btw, everyone in Helsinki knows you're getting married. :)

Yes we are having a Catholic Blessing (which is Matrimony without the Mass part).

I'm not having any bridesmaids but Claire is being my witness and is having all the hassle of being a bridesmaid with no frilly dress :)
