Oh dear Lord, the SQUARE!! My trainer's absolute favorite exercise. Chase is anything but light on his feet, so after about ten minutes I'm ready to collapse in a puddle of sweat.

Like the T-shirt says: if it was easy, they'd call it football.';-)
