I've been playing Borderlands and I have to say that it's pretty awesome. It looks and feels really good. I am sort of getting a suspicion that some of the concepts in the game were meant for more of a Fallout kind of game. The music and the feel of it hearken back to Fallouts 1 and 2 for me even more than Fallout 3 did.

This here is a copy of an email I sent to a friend to explain what addons I use and why. I put it here for my own amusement and for a sort of record-keeping.

I'm watching this Mantracker show just to have something on. For some tough guys, these trackers are some whiny babies.

But one of the "prey" just mentioned Leeroy Jenkins. Most excellent.

Well I did it. And I am quite proud of my achievement!

I now have one 70th level character in each class.
Please note that at least three of these are heavy with epic equipment of Karazhan quality or better. Urgluk, Anaryon, and Torquil are pretty well-geared. And Gwedhien isn't bad off, having a few from Karazhan and the Shadoweave set.
