Hmm…I almost feel guilty even putting the title of the book up, as it’s actually a spoiler for the series. But then, it wasn’t exactly something difficult to figure out early on, IMO.

This is, I believe, the penultimate book in Butcher’s Codex Alera series. If it isn’t the penultimate book, I’d like to know how Butcher plans to make things last two

All I want to know is: does Amara catch a break/get to do cool things of her own in this one?

Fair point. I am just slightly bitter because of the situation the last book put her in.

I am supremely excited for the next book. Gah. It's definitely got an epic ending in sight *flails* and then there was that one part that was just SUPER EPIC I seriously danced. *dances again*

Yeah, I definitely see that there's going to be only one book left, unlike the Dresden files...I see no end to that series *not that I really MIND >.>*

I think there's a planned ending for dresden files in the 20s or so.
