I believe she did say that, or something very close, and it's a questionable line regardless, but the context is that Connor spent the entire episode goading and manipulating her (and in a pretty cruel way) and insinuating that their entire relationship was a lie. If Aiden had told her himself at pretty much any point in time, even after running into Connor again, it seems that her reaction would have been a nonreaction, especially since they supposedly told each other about all their past relationships, and she's interpreting not telling her as a lie by omission. She's pretty much spiralling in doubt and losos of control and lashing out.
