Out of topic, but have you checked out Killer Women? It has so many amazing ladies, including among the antagonists (the title of the show is unfortunate, but it's the translation of the Spanish title, so at least there's a good reason for it). I was pleasantly surprised by the first episode, but the second and the third are even better.

I have it on my list to check out, though my interest in US TV has been a bit limited lately.

I can definitely understand that. I watch a lot of it, but the lack of diversity is terrible.

It's not even that? I mean, the main US shows that I'm watching right now are Beauty and the Beast, Sleepy Hollow, Nikita (over, but I haven't seen the last season) and Pretty Little Liars, all of which do better than most US shows on that front. (Also Elementary, White Collar and Covert Affairs, which are less good on those fronts, but I'm far enough nehind on them that I can't be said to be actively watching ATM.)

I've mostly been watching British mystery series and anime.
