comics: X-Men #1

The most recent X-Men #1, that is, from volume whatever-it-is-now-this-came-out-this-week. AKA, the beginning of the whole "vampire Jubilee" business.

I am pleased to report that Jubilee does not become a vampire via rape allegory, but instead Dracula (I assume) creates a human bomb (or was it a vampire bomb?) that explodes and covers her in ( Read more... )

I bet she's a Guthrie. They always did breed like rabbits.

Meggan was the only Megan I ever met/read about who spelled it with two gs, so I never thought of adding a second (unless it was through sheer laziness after double-tapping)

Yeah, only a few people did/do it regularly (and it's not exactly something I actually mind) but it would slip in a lot with many people.

In my defense, I really thought you spelled it with an extra 'g' (I can't remember why), and you *never* corrected me! And I'm weird about EXTRA, unneeded letters in names, so I can't believe you let me type all those unneeded gs for years. ;)

I know like...a dozen different Megans, in comics and reality, and they ALL spell their names differently. I am so screwed.

Oh, Jubilee's method of infection freaks me out. And I hate you for having made me curious about how Emma will turn into a vampire.
