That actually looks almost enough to tempt me to read Jane Austen.

I think that, somewhere, Philip Jose Farmer is kicking himself that he never thought of doing this sort of playing silly buggers with public domain stories (after all, he's played just about every other sort with them...)

I haven't seen yet, but did you read Pride and Prejudice and Zombies? I loved it because everything I wanted to happen to the characters did, in a way.

I tried reading MP in college but didn't like it. Now I'm kind of saving it because, well, it's the only one I haven't read. Once I read it, no more Jane Austen :(

Ah! I didn't know that. PPZ is a lot of fun because I recognized a lot of scenes as lifted directly from the original. I've also read PP about once a year since college :D
