Like you I was put off by the revenge-by-proxy plot and the fact that Morgan just didn't make him crawl enough! It annoyed me because I'd always liked Morgan so much :(

It's...objectively, I realize that he didn't actually do anything too horribly bad, and we know that things they though were revenger actually weren't? But the fact that he did ANY revenge by proxy, or even thought it...

Still, I always thought that Morgan would have run him through hoops simply because at the start he did use her for his revenge, even if he didn't do anything too drastic to her
