So this concert I've been talking about recently, and anticipating with glee, finally happened. The Bach St Matthew Passion is 3 hours long, even at brisk Baroque tempi. Nativity images? No, more to do with getting a reference to today's weeding in - roots, geddit? Anyway, we did the Christmas Oratorio at, er, Christmas.
