Notes:  This will be the first chapter in a series, and I am really excited about what you all think.  The summary is a little vague, but I will adjust it as the story moves on.

Oooh, yes! I definitely like this so far! It's a great little domestic scene to start with, and I'm looking forward to what happens when the story gets going. (Roxanne testing out the name "Eugene" in a variety of contexts was particularly clever!)

Oh, lord, Eugene! Ack! I was half-named for a Eugene - and Roxanne demonstrates excellent taste in nixing it! A very cute beginning, I can definitely see Megs as terrified of deviating from recipes - or alternately, throwing himself into it a wee bit too enthusiastically! :)

*cringe* Never much liked the name Eugene. I don't know why, but it irks me for some reason. I apologize to anyone named Eugene! ^^ I applaud Roxanne's manner of giving it a thumbs down.

I love the start of this though! Domestic scenes with these two are always adorable. ^^
