By chance, I found this at the internet:

It´s not in "The Art Of Megamind" and I also can´t remember seeing it here on LJ so far (to be honest, I was too lazy, to flip through old entrys).
In case of a second posting, enjoy it again.

Looks like it could be original concept art. If you zoom in on the first image you can see a blue person inside that dome.
