I copy and pasted sections of his eyebrows, then fixed the coloring around the edges with my trusty eyedropper tool and the paintbrush. A couple of the edge hairs I did by hand with the pencil. Pixel by pixel, because while the pencil is utter crap, the paintbrush doesn't have a small enough size.
