I got a watercolor sketchbook for my birthday a while back, and have been feeling intimidated by that first blank page of an entirely blank book. But then atom_u_b00t posted an awesome picture of El Mentedor, and I had to play with the fun costume design. Plus the idea of Mentedor doing sexy flamenco dance moves wouldn't get out of my head. :)

I've loving this so much. You did such a great job, not only with the watercolors, but keeping him in proportion as well. :D

Thank you. :) I have a loooong way to go with watercolors. This is only my third or fourth time really seriously working with them, and lordy it shows. But I appreciate your suggestions up top, and I'm really glad you like how the lines turned out.

(O.O)... o.O... O.o... >.<... I just can't believe my eyes! This is great, you've captured the moment perfectly! Thank you so much for sharing, and as for working watercolors, yeah. I've posted a few on my DA account I did a while back (dragons mostly), and once you get the hang of them they're pretty easy. My favorite medium though is oils. Grumbacher in the past was my eu de toilette...LoL

Oh man, I'd probably butcher oils. I barely knew what I was doing with the watercolor, and those I could try to dab off with tissue when I screwed up. Oil would be, like, "blort... oh damn... well... Now Megs has a purple birthmark there and.. splat... and three eyes.. oh hell.." XD

Eeeeehhhhh! El Mentedor! Another drawing of my favourite AU-Megamind! Aahahaha! He looks so awsome! You did an awsome job at the pose! He looks as if he was really moving! So alive! ...And this smile...and this body! I love his slim waist and the butt...it´s so sexy.
I have great respect for artists, who use watercolors. Painting in watercolors is not easy. I also owe a watercolor box, but I don´t like to use it, because I always failed. You did a great job with them!
And the costume design! I can´t believe, that you orientated yourself towards the design of my picture....:)
Hey, what about designing Roxanne´s and Sherriff Wayne´s outfit and Mount´s body the next time?

I'm glad you like it, and I'm so happy you're cool with me using the costume you made! It was so well done I had to try it. And you're very talented with art already. I'm certain you could do a really good job with watercolors too.
