How adorable in a completely disturbing way! XD That was so cute! The powers that animals have of bringing people together is amazing! XD How did the parents react when you mentioned Hal?

THATS AWESOME.

So color me curious, you're keeping the Dingo? Do you have other dogs? Do you still breed them?

Yes, I'm keeping her. She's been spayed, so I won't be breeding her, which is sad, since she is a perfect specimen of a breed that is dying out due to loss of natural habitat and competition/interbreeding from free-ranging domestic dogs and coyotes. I do have other dogs, two ancient Catahoulas and one APBT from my wild boar hunting days, and a mostly-Corgi and another mixed Carolina Dog. This dog had been found as a pup and taken to the shelter by someone who thought they'd found pups who'd been dumped by someone, not realizing that they were wild animals, and the shelter "fixed" them all thinking they were just Shepherd mixes. It's like spaying all the Giant Pandas or cheetahs, really.
