Fic: Rain on the Just (1/?)
With approximately four chapters left to write (give-or-take), I think I feel comfortable enough with the progress of this WIP to start posting it! The first snippet was originally posted here, so if you read that already you can scroll down to the next section. (There are only a few cosmetic changes, anyway.) Thanks so much to ray_wing - my very own heroic-beta-of-pure-awesome - for being so thorough and honest with her feedback. The story is certainly better because of her help. (Any errors that still exist are likely where I foolishly chose to ignore her excellent advice.)
