Wow. Sounds like you get to deal with the same kind of drama that my mom and brother do at their jobs. XD; I've heard some pretty scary stories from them (...involving an elderly lady listening to rap music, and an adult man walking around in high heels).

But seriously, that was very rude of the lady to say that to you. >>; And the one who demanded a new coin should have been laughed out of the building or something, heh. People like that are so annoying.
