The Good- I've been drinking a ton of water at night lately, and it is awesome. I'm so glad that I'm not drinking pop at night because it's not even enjoyable at night. It's much more enjoyable in the day. This is cutting my pop intake by at least 1/2 of what it was, so that is great news. I've been flossing every night and using mouthwash as well

I love using my mouthwash, the feeling of a super clean mouth is so good right before you go to bed
