Because I had such nice comments, and because it's been so long, and because my mom's been out of town and not available to breathe down my neck, HERE IS STRIP #20!  The story is finally attempting to get under way!

It seems to me that the only thing Fetch lacks--which is the big thing that influences the reason he's a no-show--is the restlessness and desire for more that usually marks the heroes with a rural origin. The sheep-tenders, farmers, fisherman heroes generally want to be more, do more, see more, and that's what leads them to leave their small village and walk toward destiny.

Fetch seems perfectly content where he is, and happy with his simple life. Thus, no reason to go anywhere.

Yes, I've thought about it. See? People are paying attention. ^_____^
