I could very possibly have Godlings page 4, like, DONE by tomorrow. Then I'd have finished 2 pages in 3 or 4 days. WOULDN'T THAT BE AWESOME?

And then all pages 1-10 would be DONE and I could get on to drawing ALL the Aztecs. Page 11 is a splash page with all of the waiting Aztec Gods staring down at Quetzalcoatl. (And insulting him.) Full body ( Read more... )

I think I may see Coraline. It has 88% on Rotten Tomatoes, and .. it really looks interesting.

And you're so lucky. I've had the worst writer's block for months.

I think Coraline's got two great things going for it. One, the overwhelming awesomeness that is 3-D stop-motion animation of a scale and smoothness that's never been done before. It should be dazzling. Two, the story (the Neil Gaiman story, which it looks like will be followed fairly well) has great original ideas and good messages for people of all ages. (About bravery and such.)

AND, if you've read the book, like me, you know the kinds of things that will eventually happen, and you REALLY can't wait to see how they'll pull them off.
