I'm fealing depressingly ignorant, having just spent about 20 mins trying to get a meme onto my journal, and failing meserably. How does anyone do it? or, for that matter, how do you just do one those behind post things? - I feal so stupid, and I'm sure it's easy but... please someone be nice to the technologically inept newbie and explain *

You should be able to just copy the text from the final answer page onto the area where you write your journal entries.
