I decided that I'm changing my regimen and like, going to work really hard on some things I really want to change about myself! Starting tomorrow, I'm totally getting up and running at 6:00am instead of 8:00am and I'm going for a 5 mile run and not like, 3 miles because 3 wasn't enough to show progress

Actually, you know what? I think I will go with you. I could use the exercise myself and I'm feeling particularly generous to our friendship. It'll be like part two to the initial Mimi experiment.

I mean-- okay, I burn it off quickly because of my metabolism, but I'm trying to bulk up a little so I let myself pig out sometimes.
