Last night, Wesley and I met with our pastor for the wedding. We are going to have three pre-marriage counseling sessions. The first, of course, was last night. We were asked just some basic questions - about our families, differences, friends, plans for kids and finances. It was a fairly smooth going conversation. I should have never been nervous

I'm glad that things went so good with your pastor!!!
I don't get how he should be saying that you aren't meant to be, that choice is up to you, right? If your parents say that, okay, than I could understand that because they know you better, but a pastor can't judge about that by the answers of some questions!

I get what you mean about how he can't judge on some questions... but he can judge based on personalities and how we get along with one another, whether or not we are a good match. So far, I think we are fine.. and will be. I'm not worried anymore. But I was.
