Wilson is House's friend and Wilson 'betrayed' House to Tritter right?
Well, in the bible, Judas betrayed Jesus to the Romans for 30 pieces of silver.. which is why Wilson mentioned the "30 pieces of silver"
However, I have a theory behind the betrayal of Wilson In actuality, he's helping House by turning him in before Chase does. Chase was pretty upset about the punch and Wilson might have thought that Chase would go to Tritter and testify against House, however if Wilson does so, he could lower the damage to some extent. As further evidence, most biblical scholars have said that Judas was one of the most understood characters in history.
So by Wilson betraying House, he's actually trying to save House from Chase's wrath. The betrayal wasn't actually a betrayal, but was Wilson's way of trying to save House.
