What do you do when some one who is supposed to be your best friend starts talking about you behind your back? Do you confront them? Cause a big fight? But what if you hate confrontation? It just makes me so mad because she thinks she got away with it and can continue to do it. So how do I tell her I know without causing her to get hurt? On

talk to them and be cool about it it will only gt bad if you let it

If it were me, I would try to bring it up in a non-threatening way. Like, saying, "I heard something that really upset me, so I wanted to give you a chance to tell your side of the story." You just have to remember, especially with suicidal folx, to be as tender as possible.
