Winners' Banners by Ellynn, part 8 - Backgrounds

In my final post I give all the backgrounds I used to make banners. If anyone wants to use them, go ahead. If anyone wants me to do some customization, please don't hesitate and ask. ;) Also, if you want me to make a banner with some other background tha you like, please ask. ;)

Just one thing - which banner looked like Mordor to you? Next-to-last, because of lightenings? But it is not Mordor, it is some random storm-picture I liked. ;)

Which I could have sworn was from the Battle before the black Gates, and Mordor seemed the most appropriate place. If I'm wrong on that, or if you think it's a misleading label, I'll be glad to change it.

Oh yes, you're right - I forgot about it. As for those, while making banners, I was more focused on characters (Aragorn and Men) then on the location. But I guess you can leave tags as they are, because those two scenes are happening in Mordor.

Aragorn in black and white - 2nd down on the right.
Just 'The Fosterling' as title would fit better I think!

I think that last year questions for customizing were done in the similar way (on MEFA LJ community), so I guess that asking here is just fine.

Ellynn, these are simply grand and I went ahead and customized what I wanted for my winner. But, I also received a Smaug's Treasure and I would really love a banner or just a good background for that. Would it be possible to come up with one?

Uhm, what exactly do you have in mind? What kind of background? *unsure*
I have to admit that I am a little confused about this Smaug's treasure banners. I made a banner for each category with the inscription "Smaug's treasure", but from what I hear now (are you a member of a MEFA Yahoo group?), it seems that it is simply possible to put the small dragon icon on the "ordinary" banners.

No problem, hun. Don't even worry about it. Aranel gave the link for the typeface that she took the symbol from, so I can work it from here. I did grab one of your Smaug's Treasure banners, very pretty, and I have used that in a few places :-) Relax, enjoy your day, and thank you SO much for all of your hard work :-)

Your sunrise over earth was an amazing image and it was what I borrowed for my story banner. It looks awesome :-)
