Wow. This was bleeding fantastic! You captured that end-of-days feeling with his thoughts that he was going to die and it was FANASTIC. The realization that he wants to fight, the shark. The snark (the poetry line, especially) were just pitch-perfect. Exactly how I imagined Finnick.

And the scene with Annie - the non-goodbye, was haunting and absolutely beautiful. I LOVED it. SO MUCH.

And bahahaha! Gay fish - LOLFOREVER. *snicker* And yes, she does judge too harshly, so I like this version of things. I absolutely ADORED this fic! Your writing has a wonderfully distinct voice.
