Second last stealth-'hood-bin-family house. The Travellers! I don't think I'll be able to do the Goodies (+ Critturs) before Dare #27 ends, but they're coming up sooner or later too

Thank you. :) I tried to add as much Bon Voyage stuff and little knick knacks as possible within their budget, and I figured they wouldn't be very picky with trying to separate things by which part of the world they come from, but just lump it all together. :)
I like the house - especially the green roof. :P I like the openness, and all the small trinkets strewn about the house. And the way you made the exotic-style furniture blend with everything... it's been said before, but good job!
The whole entry area/livingroom/kitchen room is great, like the open-ness and how spacious it is... how come you can make that work like that and I can't!? :P
I think it looks nice as is, but if you want to turn the master back into the garage, you are right, I can see how you can easily rearrange to make it work that way.
I am always amazed at how fast money disappears in The Sims games. There have been times when building a home for a family I was planning to make (before they made it so you got more money the more Sims were in the family, but even some after that) I would realize I would either have to cut out some children or they would all be sharing a room because walls cost a lot of money and three sparsely decorated kids rooms cost more than one slightly larger room with three beds and nicer wallpaper.
I liked my original layout better, but they just couldn't afford it. I didn't want them to end up with super-sparely furnished bedrooms like the Newsons, so the second story had to go. But if I ever play them in this house, and they need to expand, I know how to do so easily. :)
I know what you mean! Walls ARE awfully expensive. It's something like §70 per wall tile, isn't it? Or more? Oh well, I like the challenge of building on a budget, but that's easier when I build the house with the sims already moved in. With these I had to keep exiting to the neighbourhood to see how much money I had left to spend.

Thank you! I like the green roof too, heheh. :) Another green/brown theme for this house, but I think it looks very different from the Picasos' house.
