Viper Canyon: Ottomas

Feb 19, 2012 10:18

This one was a bit of a challenge. The Ottomas family start with around §35 500, and that's not much for a family of six, soon eight! Still, I managed to stay within budget. The house costs just above §34 000. And there's no CC.

I wonder how many times I've built a house for the Ottomi by now...

Wow, that's great! I really like the colors too.

I always have a hard time fitting enough bedrooms into a house for this family (I usually stick them in a house that came with Seasons; it has a separate little place for Dora). Poor David, sharing a room with his little sis!

Thank you!

Ooh, I know that house. I like it and I think I might've even moved them into it once, although they wouldn't be able to afford it + furnish it properly without some money cheats or mortgage shrubs.

Hah! David will manage, I guess. He's off to college soon enough. And I'm sure Sharla feels sorry for herself for having to share a room with her brother, too. ;) I don't see her as very "girly" in her interests (not that there's anything wrong with that), though (hence the sports posters), so she and David should have some common ground. :)

Thank you! :) There's not many spare chairs for guests, but there's plenty of room to stand at least. ;)

I always find it tough to find a good house for the Ottomas, but this one is perfect. A great layout too.

Thank you. :) I don't think any of the pre-made houses are very Ottomas-friendly, without some considerable makeovers... They require a lot of space!
