Leod's life on the farm is so idyllic :D I love that he has cows and chickens as well.
Is the Dancing Donkey a lot you built yourself?

I love the added effect of the animals as well. :)

The Dancing Donkey is a lot I built, yes. You can see it here: http://meetme2theriver.livejournal.com/65168.html#cutid1 :)

You've really managed to make Leod's farm look very authentic. In my latest RBH he has sold the farm to Jason and Rose and moved to Sim City to become a businessman - with romance as second aspiration just like last time. That was the reason that he got three bolts with Rose, but there will be no romancing with her this time! I had great regrets about that choice, one of the reasons I chose to start over again. "What if" is not always the way to go ...

Thank you. :) I do love the idea of Jason and Rose having a farm. Did you un-plantsim Rose and Daisy this time too? (It WOULD be nice to see Daisy grow up like a normal kid...) Businessman Leod sounds interesting. :) My Leod's quite into Rose too, but she doesn't seem like the cheating type to me, really. She's a Family sim and all.

I always un-plantsim Rose and Daisy. I am not into the idea of plantsims. I think I could be, if they were a real species like alien sims. This way everything feels very un-fairy and "fake". The fact that the children never get to be children och teenagers is another thing I don't like very much ( ... )

I agree, the plantsims could be so much more than what they are, and the skipped life stages always bothered me too. That's why I got this hack and changed Rose and Daisy's DNA accordingly... When I say the baby will be a hybrid, I mean it literally. :)

It's tempting to mess a bit too much with the sims' lives sometimes. I've fallen for that temptation and regretted it too. That's why I keep starting over, too - even if I'm happy with many things in a 'hood, one or more "wrong" things ruin it for me. Everything needs to be perfect! I'm trying to conquer that obsession. So I'm planning on sticking with this 'hood, once I get back to playing again. But you know how it is with these plans... sigh.

I like your Ingmar and Alex. Makes sense that they're relatives, they have the same face template. :) Hah, I like sexy Morty too. It'll be fun to see your sims again. You should post to your blog! Doooo iiiit. ;) (And it really is hard to find a good match for Gabe...)

Thank you. :) I really like the sunrise/sunset lighting hack, I barely remember what it was like without it.

I love this pic to bits! It's just so well done and believable as a barn/farm.

Thanks. :D Those animals were fun, and changing the barn to house them was satisfying, I've never known what to do with the barn before. Since then I have actually gotten rid of the animals, though, because I got a bit freaked out when the horse NPC got an ACR token. >_> I'm planning on converting Leod's barn to a home business for selling his produce.
