Me neither, but I noticed that ACR didn't give me a message about rolling for preference when the premade children grew into teens, and while I was going through Veronaville on unrelated business, I noticed all the children already have a sexual preference set (all straight, except Ariel).

My Ariel its still a todle but, it's curious, I never made her bisexual..but, Desmona, on the other hand...

Yep. :) I'm adding it to my Riverblossom Hills. And I was doing some fixing for the occasion... more on that later.

That's funny, when I saw Ariel's gender preference, my first thought was to check Desdemona's, as she somehow seems like she should be gay or bi to me.

Not sure what was the idea there, tho (I like to think it was another surprise for the players, but maybe they just screwed up somehow and no one noticed ROFL)

All these "screw-ups" are starting to add up, though! I'd like to believe that the people who made the 'hoods purposefully snuck in these little surprises, perhaps after being discouraged to make openly gay couples (which wouldn't surprise me at all, if they were D:).

Well, That's the way I like to see it. :)

Of course thinking they had to hide all gay/bi sims kind of sucks, but it would make sense, and I refuse to believe that Kent or Cleveland being gay are just programing mistakes! :P

Agreed! Same with Circe and Titania being bi, it fits so well. And hey, secret gay is better than no gay.

How interesting, I didn't know about Ariel either. Is there a list of other predetermined gay/bi sims anywhere? I knew of Kent and Nervous but not of the other sims mentioned.

I've never seen such a list. It's funny, the Wiki is full of stupid lists like 'sims with black hair', but not one for gay sims. They mention some here, but as usual, most of the information is completely wrong. (Most of the male sims in Veronaville have a preference for males? Uh, no, no they do not, useless Wiki. It's only Kent.)

Here's my current list, though, which I've confirmed in SimPE:
Kent Capp (gay)
Nervous Subject (no preference for males, actually, but negative preference for females)
Circe Beaker (bi)
Titania Summerdream (bi)
Ariel Capp (bi, apparently!)
Jason Cleveland (gay)

I wonder if there are more among the children...

Thank you :) I wonder if there are more too. Laws of averages dictate that at least one Ottomi should be gay or bi.

They are, unfortunately, all straight, by default. But hey, that's easily changed. :D
