I must admit that I have little to no experience with this sub-hood phenomena.

For ages I have been wanting to make Riverblossom a subhood of S-town, and by that I mean I want my S-town sims to visit Riverblossom much like they would a downtown area.

Is this what I want to accomplish this or is my minimal amount of understanding completely off the reservation?

PS. I apologixe for my appallng typing skills this morning. Typing in a mind alterd state is inadvisable.

You are entirely correct. :) You can indeed use this to make Riverblossom Hills a subhood of Strangetown. Keep in mind that it will be a shopping district, not a downtown. See the main post for install instructions: http://meetme2theriver.livejournal.com/63030.html

I know it's rather late, but I just wanted to let you know that both versions of the Strangetown subhood are crashing my game when I try to add them, both with downloads and without.

I'm using a mac, if that's any help?

If it can't be fixed, however, I'm quite happy to use Strangetown as my main hood - I just wanted to let you know!

Hmm. I have absolutely no experience with Macs, let alone playing TS2 on one, so I can't tell you if that's the reason, but as far as I know there shouldn't be anything wrong with the files. My only advice is to redownload Strangetown, in case something got corrupted on the way? I hope you can sort it out.

I've discovered that Strangetown works perfectly as a main hood, so that's fine. I really have no idea what went on with the sub-hood but I blame my computer!

That's good. Hopefully the other subhoods work as they should!
