That's really, really cool :) I love the fact the sleeping cow even gets little 'zzz's ^^
Definitely checking it out, thanks a bunch for sharing!

I'm secretly hoping someone will make some better recolours for them... Heheh. Otherwise, they're pretty damn awesome. The Zzzs are cute. :) Even cuter on the chickens.

Nice!! These look much better than those "Cycle of Life" animals available on Simslice! Those were... okay. Odd... but okay, lol... but these look even better! Thank you for sharing!

I did see those while searching, and was briefly considering checking them out... but then I found these. The Simslice ones can apparently breed, though, but they looked very stiff and plasticy in the pictures. I might check them out later just for comparison.

They sort of breed... that is, smaller "baby" ones pop up every now and then (in the case of the chickens, there will be eggs that spawn and, if you don't pick up the eggs and eat them, they will turn into little yellow chicks.)

Also, if you let their food rot, alien animals will show up and pollinate all your male livestock, and you'll get tons of little babies lol.

They are amusing, but at the same time, very annoying. I had to fence them in so the sims couldn't get to them, because they have a very high "fun" level, and the sims were constantly running out to them and talking to them and stuff.

It does make for a challenge, though, to sell the animal when it is at its highest value but before it dies of old age.

Haha, alien animals. That's great.

I'm tempted to try them, but I do hate things that are too shiny. We'll see.

Do they move around, too?

I've used them in my historical hood, but that was before the horses were available. They are really cool, but they seemed to increase lag especially on lots with a bunch of sims or which are big. I think I remember that some of them do breed (the chickens and pigs?) Your pictures are really cool though, and they're making me think I need them again :)

Not surprised that they can be a bit laggy. I think they're controlled by NPC objects, so having lots of them around is like having a lot of sims around.

I'm looking forward to trying out the horses. :D And I did see piglets in the videos, so it seems like they might be able to breed.

It is my kitty. His name is Toby. I lurve him. He's very sweet, though sadly not the the brightest of feline kind :)

That's pretty cool. I love that you can milk them and butcher them for meat (though I'm assuming that part isn't as detailed as the milking process, but maybe I'm wrong). They're really interactive.

The butchering part just involves the animal walking over to the table or whatever and then magically turning into meat, as far as I could tell from the videos. Which is fine by me!

Yeah, I really like that they provide actual gameplay, and aren't purely decorative.

I had the cows and pigs a while back but wasn't too impressed by how they moved and as you said, the textures aren't that good. I rather just use non moving animals from GoS, MTS and Blacky's Zoo instead.

I'm kinda creeped out by the statue animals. They just... stand there. Good for story screenshots, not really good for any sort of gameplay. I'd have to move them around all the time to make it not look totally weird when they're always in the same position in the background. :P
