Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question, but this is what I'm looking for in a clean neighborhood and I was wondering if you ever made it: a neighborhood with all the original houses, but none of the pre-mades living in them or even existing at all in my game. I could do without the Goths and the two sisters, for example. Also, I'm looking for no pre-spawned NPCs, in other words I want to let my game do that when it loads. So how would I go about doing that? I have a bit of difficulty when it comes to doing things in the game so let me know.

No, all my neighbourhoods have pre-mades in them, so I don't have what you're looking for. I suggest searching MATY.

Having an accurate and illustrated list of the DTies will be very useful as well. Can't believe that "Asian" nerd who made me discover the burning poo-bag in game is actually a GilsCarbo XD

Glad it's useful to you! The Tricou teens do have pretty cool names, it makes me like them more. I've tended to just ignore their existence previously.
