Looking for a fic...

I have fallen head over teakettle (or any other variation of the two sayings I've just combined..) into this fandom, and in a good time too! Yay for season 3!
The thing is that while reading things in various places I've found a great fic, ...and then I misplaced it... By misplaced I mean - forgot the title and author's name... Damn senility that hit while I was in high school... It's been years, but I still can't shake the thing off...
Anyway -
It featured Helena smoking one of Freud's cigars and, since this is Freud, she gets an extra appendage that can be only be removed through sex.
(And while I'm at it I might as well introduce myself. So - hi! :) (and now I've said it twice...) )
