Is it like those brownie pans you see on tv where for some reason they think people like all edge pieces?

It is similar, yes. This catalog is full of single-use gadgets that drive me crazy. I have so little counter space to begin with; why would I want to fill it with all of these futzy things? We have a crock pot, rice maker, bread maker, and a Foreman Grill. I think that is quite enough. :)
