Thank you for this. I did a note remembering him on Facebook, but I like the idea that you are honoring him here at LiveJournal as well. I did a repost on this to my own LJ, even though nobody reads it any more (I don't think I've been back at LJ for years, until now). If you don't want it there, I'll remove it.

It's fine to repost.

I still do post here. I have my blog at a site I own for specific topics, and I don't like doing "notes" on facebook.

I don't post on lj as often as when I started in 2000, but if I want to write something personal, I prefer doing it here as opposed on facebook. FB ain't all that congenial to long posts.
