Prop 8 that just passed in California is unconstitutional and quite possibly illegal. People have had lawsuits in the works just waiting for if this thing passed. So yeah... they may be fightin ya, but ya better believe people are gonna be fighting back. :)

While I can understand why people (including myself, and particularly my husband) are crushed by the measures that passed yesterday, I'm really glad to see someone who's not giving in to depression, anger, or despair because of it.

We've lost a battle, true, but not the war.
