So pleased to see you back. I'm so loving John here. Despite understanding why Mycroft thought this would be a good idea, I think he underestimated just how much loyal soldier remained in John. But in its own way, this episode will prove to Sherlock just how much John truly loves him.

So happy to see this story continue. Love my little Captain Watson, and Sherlock experimenting on his own hair! Reminds me of when my youngest niece, inspired by her cousin's newly short hair, decided to hide under the dining room table during a family cookout and whack it all off with craft scissors. Mycroft took it a lot better than we did.

I just found this utterly brilliant story 3 days ago and have spent every free minute reading the entire thing. The layers upon layers of stories within stories are amazing. I particularly love how you have fleshed out Harry and the Watson siblings' backstory. The use of the skull to tell the POV that no one can voice is inspired!

I absolutely love your Mycroft and the transformation he has gone through while raising the boys. In this most recent chapter I adore the return of Captain John BAMF Watson in minature!
